摘 要:目的抽样检测广西儿童麻疹IgG滴度,分析麻疹IgG水平与病毒中和能力,评价目前儿童麻疹易感性。方法抽样采集各市、县儿童血清,用ELISA试验检测IgG滴度,然后用抗体中和试验(NT)抽样检测血清针对沪-191疫苗株及GX/06/2麻疹野病毒的中和抗体滴度,并与IgG滴度比较。结果儿童麻疹IgG阳性率为93.8%,IgG滴度≥1:800者占71.3%,麻疹IgG GMT为1:1007.0。ELISA和NT法抽样检测6个市、县血清麻疹抗体滴度均有相关性,血清GX/06/2野病毒IgG滴度均明显低于沪-191疫苗株IgG滴度(P<0.05),血清麻疹沪-191疫苗株及GX/06/2野病毒NT滴度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论儿童麻疹免疫血清对沪-191疫苗株及GX/06/2野病毒中和作用无差异,实现麻疹消除目标应继续维持并加强儿童麻疹免疫。Objective Comparing measles virus IgG titer to it's neutralizing ability and estimating measles virus susceptibility in children. Methods ELISA and NT assay were taken to detect the titer of serum measles virus IgG and neutralizing antibody, afterward search the difference in neutralizing ability of antibodies against both Hu - 191 vaccine strain and GX/06/2 wild virus. Results The positive rate of measles virus IgG reaches 93.8% in children, the proportion of IgG≥ 1:800 was 71.3% ,IgG GMT was 1 : 1007.0. Both the results of ELISA and NT assay in measles virus antibodies detection showed remarkably significant correlation. The titer of IgG against GX/ 06/ 2 wild virus was significantly lower than that against Hu - 191 vaccine strain( P 〈 0.05), whereas the antibodies' neutralizing activity against both Hu - 191 and GX/06/2 didn' t show the difference(P 〉 0.05) . Conclusions The children' s sera against both Hu - 191 and GX/06/2 measles virus don' t show difference in neutralizing ability. Higher measles vaccination coverage should be maintained and strengthened in children for achieving the goal of measles elimination.
