大连日资经济发展历程及对策——从日本文化视角解读

摘　　要：当日本文化中的情感性因素消失殆尽,逐利性成为唯一追求时,大连日资经济发展严重停滞。当中国政府振兴东北老工业基地的政策诱因出现后,大连有望再度成为日本经济文化关注的重点。所以大连在今后对日招商引资时,从日本崇强、节俭,讲究实用,擅长合作的文化特点出发,在壮大自身经济实力的同时注重改善投资环境,在引进日资核心企业的同时注重引进配套企业,在引进资金技术的同时注重创新。As the emotional factor in Japanese Culture is dying out and the benefit pursuing becomes the only target, the development of Japanese enterprises in Dalian begins to suffer from a severe stagnation. But with the establishment of favorable policy of developing vigorously the old industrial base in the northeast of China issued by Chinese central government, Dalian is expected to become again the focus of Japanese economic culture. Hence afterwards, when introducing investment from Japan, Dalian should pay close attention to Japanese cultural characteristics such as, upholding strength, thrifty, practice and cooperation. Accordingly, it＇s advisable for Dalian to improve the investment environment while strengthening its own economy. It＇s also advisable for Dalian to introduce the complete sets of enterprises when introducing the Japanese core enterprises; and it＇s equally important for Dalian to practice innovation while inviting the foreign capital and technology.
