摘　　要：医疗保险制度是社会保障体系的一个重要组成部分。对国际上具有代表性的四种医疗保险制度模式,即国家(政府)保险型、社会保险型、商业保险型、储蓄保险型进行了比较研究,论述了各种模式的主要特征、基本原则、运作方式,旨在对我国医疗制度改革提供借鉴。本文介绍前两种模式。The article makes a dialectical and comparative study of world wide - used four major models of medical insurance system, i. e. , insurance run by governments, different types operated by different sectors of society, commercial, and savings deposit -based insurance; and discusses how to promote medical insurance industry in China by dynamic optimized organization and utilization of the strong points of various types of the insurance services, so as to ensure all -directional and multi-layered development of beneficial effects of medical services.
