摘  要:结合我国职工医疗制度改革试点的实践,从医院的补偿、医院的发展和医院的经营目标三个方面论述了职工医疗制度改革对医院的影响。指出医院适应职工医疗保障制度改革是适应社会主义市场经济的具体化,医院要增强竞争意识,强化成本核算,提高服务质量,研究医疗需求态势,避免盲目发展。医院应取的经营目标是在确保基本医疗服务的前提下,正确引导合理健康的医疗消费,满足不同层次的医疗需求。Toadapt to the reform of the medical security system of staff and workers,hospitals should:shift from high quality at unbearably high price to both sufficient and cost -effective medical services in a cost -conscious market, into which hospitals will be pushed so as to increase their vitality and efficiency strengthen hospital work's weak links likely to affect the improvement of service quality and cost accounting; while developing services currently in rising demand, pay constant attention to changes in supply-demand contrast in medical market, for ensuring a sound and or- derly development of various medical services ; and undertake measures which guide the demand side of health care, facilitate some form of rationing and promote the development of multi -tiered medical services.
