摘  要:阀控密封型(VRLA)铅蓄电池的开路电压与电动势,只跟电极表面附近液层中电解液的密度有关,而与整体电解液的量无关;VRLA电池的放电容量,不仅跟电解液的密度和电池中参与电极反应的电解液以及活性物质的量有关,而且还深受反应粒子的扩散过程迟缓性的影响。这种影响随着失水过程的出现而越来越严重。因而不能轻而易举的像开口式自由电解液铅蓄电池那样,用开路电压来推断电池的放电容量或荷电态。The open circuit voltage (OCV) and electromotive force for lead acid battery would be related to the density(concentration)of H2SO4 electrolyte near the surface of electrodes,and not depend to the electrolyte quantity in the battery. The discharging capacity of VRLA battery would be not only related to the density of HzSO4 electrolyte and the quantity of HzSO4 electrolyte and active materials taking part in the electrode reactions, but also be affected by the diffusion process relaxation for all the reacting species. This influence would become more and more serious as soon as the lose-water process begins to appear. For this reason it would be impossible to deduct the discharging capacity or state of discharge for VRLA battery immediately from its OCV as the free electrolyte lead acid battery.
