摘　　要：劳动力从传统农业向非农产业和城市转移是现代经济发展的必然趋势和内在要求。本文通过对我国就业制度演进和劳动力市场发展历程的分析,指出阻碍当前农民工非农就业的诸多因素,并从劳动力市场体系建设的视角提出促进农民工就业的政策建议。It is the essential trend of modern economic development that labor forces are transforming from agriculture to industry and cities. The paper analyses the evolution of empioyment system and labor market in China, and then points out the factors that resist peasant-workers＇ employment. The paper finally makes some suggestion in the perspective of the construction of labor market system.
