摘  要:气相色谱分析技术具有分离效能高、分析速度快、选择性好的优点而得到了广泛的应用。本文系统介绍了气相色谱分析技术在涂料中的应用。气相色谱分析技术在涂料中主要应用于聚合物乳液中残余单体、涂料中的游离单体、涂料中的溶剂、水性涂料中的VOC等的分析。气相色谱分析技术应用于涂料中,有利于涂料产品质量和检测方法的标准化。随着气相色谱分析技术的发展,其在涂料中的应用将更加广泛。Analytical technique of gas chromatography (GC) has been widely used in many fields due to its many advantages, such as high separation efficiency, fast analysis speed, good selectivity and so on. Applications of gas chromatographic analysis method in coatings were introduced in details. It was mainly uesd for analysis of residual monomers in polymer latex, free monomers in coatings, solvents in coatings and VOC in water - based coatings. It was benefitical to the control of product quality and standardization of test method. With the development of GC technology, its applications in coatings will become wider than before.
