世行贷款项目省结核病控制实施水平不均衡性及其影响因素评析

摘　　要：本文对世界银行贷款中国结核病控制项目实施５年来，１２个项目省病人发现工作和治疗管理效果进行了评析。１２个项目省年均涂阳新登记率为１１．５／１０５～３２．８／１０５，呈低病人发现水平上的不均衡；初、复治涂阳病人治愈率分别为８５．５％～９４．２％和７０．１％～８９．６％，呈高治愈率水平上的不均衡。本文对上述实施水平的不均衡原因进行了分析，并提出相应改进措施。The project has been carried out for 5 years. In this article, the author has evaluated the case-finding and case management effects of the 12 participating provinces. The average annual new smear-positive register rates of the 12 provinces were 11. 5 per 100 000 to 32. 8 per 100 000. It showed an unbalance on a low case-finding level while the cure rates of new smear-positive cases and retreatment patients were 85.5 per cent to 94. 2 per cent and 70. 1 per cent to 89. 6 per cent reslaec- tively. This appeared an unbalance on a high level cure rate. The reasons for such an unbalance were analyzed, and the measures of improving the unbalance were also put forward.
