摘　　要：RRM一致性测试是3G终端测试的重要组成部分,它对终端的研发和认证具有重要意义。本文分析了TD-SCDMA终端RRM一致性测试项,提出了一种基于TTCN的RRM一致性测试系统实现框架,并介绍了其内部结构和各个部分功能。这个结构已经用于实际的TD-SCDMA终端RRM一致性测试设备的研发中。The RRM conformance testing is one of the most important parts of the terminal conformance testing in 3G system and it is significant for the terminal research, development and authentication. Firstly, the paper analyses the test items for the RRM conformance testing, then it gives the implementation framework of RRM conformance test system that be based upon the TTCN. Finally, it describes the inside framework and functions of the different components.
