超声造影在颅内肿瘤术中的初步临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨超声造影在颅内肿瘤术中的临床应用价值。方法：利用低机械指数造影模式和Sono Vue超声造影剂，对23例颅内肿瘤患者进行术中超声造影，动态观察不同肿瘤的造影增强特征。结果：23例颅内肿瘤均有不同于脑组织的超声造影增强特征，并呈现不同的超声造影增强特点。结论：术中超声造影能为颅内肿瘤的准确识别和定位以及了解肿瘤血流灌注特点提供有价值的信息。Objective To discuss the clinical value of contrast-enhanced unltrasonography（CEUS） in operations of intracranial tumors. Methods CEUS was performed in 23 patients in the operations of intracranial tumors. Low MI gray scale and SonoVue were used. The characteristics of CEUS were dynamically observed. Results Twenty three cases of intracranial tumors differed from normal cerebral parts and had special characteristics in CEUS. Conclusions CEUS can provide useful information of the exact positions and characteristics of the blood circulations in the operations of intracranial tumors.
