“十一五”期间长江三角洲学校体育场地设施发展战略研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对长江三角洲中的学校体育场地器材设施进行了分析研究,认为:目前长江三角洲大多数学校体育场地设施没有达到长江三角洲的学校体育场地器材的配置标准,现有场地也做不到全部开放,学生对学校内体育场地设施的满意程度较低。提出了长江三角洲学校体育场地设施“十一五”发展战略,并建议由各个地区政府出面来规划、运作学校体育场馆设施,坚持以学校为中心规划、配置体育场地设施,设立学校体育场地设施建设专用经费,以法律的形式出台学校体育场地的法规等,以促进长江三角洲学校体育场地“十一五”发展战略的实施。With the methods of documentary review, expert interview, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics, school sports venues and facilities in Changjiang Delta are researched. The results are as follows. First, at present school sports venues and facilities in Changjiang Delta are not up to the standard. Second, the venues are not all open. Third, the degree of students＇ satisfaction with school sports venues and facilities is low. The eleventh five-year development strategy for school sports venues and facilities in Changjiang Delta is put forward. It is suggested that local governments should plan and manage school sports venues and facilities with schools as the core of the plan, provide special investment for the construction of sports venues and facilities, and draft the laws about school sports venues, in order to promote the implementation of the eleventh five-year development strategy.
