儿童中肠旋转不良及扭转的分析

摘　　要：文章报道了30例年长儿童的中肠旋转不良及扭转，讨论了中肠旋转不良的病理解剖和发病机制。作者认为X线检查，尤其是钡剂灌肠对正确诊断非常重要，X线征象包括（1）立位平片显示“双泡”征；（2）胃肠钡餐出现十二指肠梗阻，（3）钡剂灌肠见盲肠中线、左位或肝下。30 cases of old children with Midgut malrotation and volvulus were reported. In this paper, thepathoanatomy and pathogenesis of midgut malrotation were discussed- The author believed that radiologic examinationis very important method in correct diagnosis, especially barium emema study. X - ray signs included: (1)' Doublebubble' in an erect view of plain film ; (2) Duodenal obstruction ; (3) Cecum located at middle line, left position orunder liver in barium emema study.
