摘　　要：我院疑诊冠心病作左心室造影及冠脉造影153例，发现室壁瘤18例，位于前例心尖部15例，隔面1例，后基底2例，均伴有1支或多支冠状动脉狭窄或／和阻塞性病变，重点讨论室壁瘤的发生与冠状动脉狭窄程度部位以及临床关系。Both coronary arteriography and left ventricular cardiography in 153 cases suspected coronary heartdisease were per formed. 18 cases of ventricular aneurysm were found, of them, 15 cases were located at the anteriorcardiac apex, l at the diaphragm dome and 2 at the POsterior bottom of heart, all of the 18 cases complicated with oneor more coronary artery stenosis or obstruction. The relationship between pathogensis of left ventricular aneurysm andlocations and degree of the coronary artery stenosis and clinical manifestation were mainly discussed.
