增生平片致肝损害

摘　　要：47岁女性患者,因患食管炎服用增生平3片,3次/d,半年后患者出现恶心,黄疸。其TBil122.2μmol/L,DBil108.0μmol/L,ALT581U/L,AST277U/L,GGT125U/L。停服增生平,患者经甘草酸二胺、茵栀黄、肌苷治疗8d后,症状明显好转,实验室检查:TBil94.7μmol/L,DBil81.2μmol/L,ALT162U/L,AST142U/L,GGT125U/L。患者症状明显好转。A 47-year-old women with esophagitis took Zengshengping 3 tablets thrice daily. Six months later, she developed nausea and jaundice, Laboratory tests revealed the following values： TBil 122.2 μmol/L, DBil 108.0 μmol/L, ALT 581 U/L, AST 277 U/L, GGT 125 U/L. The patient＇s condition improved after withdrawal of the drug and 8 days of treatment with diammonium glycyrrihizinate, Yinzhihuan injection, and inosine tablets. The values of laboratory tests were as follows： TBil 94.7 μmol/L, DBil 81.2 μmol/L, ALT 162 U/L, AST 142 U/L, GGT 125 U/L. Her symptoms improved obviously.
