摘　　要：本文阐述了典型齿轮箱故障振动信号的特点,采用振动噪声诊断法,在传统的各种信号处理方法的基础上采用时域和频域综合分析方法,准确地诊断出SG135-2型汽车变速器齿轮箱断齿故障发生部位。The vibration signal characteristics of typical gearbox faults are introduced in this paper. By using synthetical diagnosis method of time domain and spectrums to analyze fault gearbox vibration noise signals, which is based on various traditional signal processing technologies, the fault location of automobile transmission of the type Sgl35-2 is determinated accurately.
