摘 要:采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对KK型搭接方管节点进行了弹塑性大挠度分析,研究了方管节点的极限承载力和塑性区扩展过程,揭示了节点的破坏机理和破坏模式,获得了节点的极限承载力和极限承载力随着节点几何参数的变化规律。2种荷载工况下节点性能的对比分析结果表明,绝大多数节点的极限承载力和几何参数对节点极限承载力的影响规律基本相同。通过多元线性回归,得出了体现主要几何参数影响的节点极限承载力计算公式,将回归公式与有限元计算结果进行了对比分析,验证了公式具有较好的精度,可供工程设计参考应用。Static behavior of partially overlapped square hollow section (SHS) KK-joints was studied by finite element analysis software ANSYS involved in large deflection elastic-plastic range. The ultimate bearing capacity and the plasticity area spread process of the overlapped KKjoints under loading were investigated and the joint failure mechanisms and failure modes were revealed. The ultimate bearing capacity of the KK-joints and its variation regularity with geometric parameters were obtained. Two loading conditions were taken into account in analysis which revealed that ultimate bearing capacity of joints and the effect of main geometric parameters on joints' static behavior were almost same to most joints. The results show that the strength equation of partially overlapped SHS KK-joints covering the effect of main geometric parameters is developed through the multiple linear regression analysis based on the results of finite element analysis. The equation is founded to provide strength predictions to a very high degree of accuracy by comparing with the results of finite element analysis. It can be used in structural design as a reference.
