摘　　要：从分析社区文化建设在社区发育中的地位和作用入手,试图找出参与社区发育过程的诸因素的逻辑次序,以期对当前基层社会发育的动力和机制做进一步的描述。认为社区文化建设是社区发育的源头,而社区自治却依赖于一系列前提条件,如果不顾前提条件,或者颠倒了逻辑次序,就可能事与愿违。同时,依据浙江省宁波市社区建设的实践经验,尝试建立描述社区发育的准递归模型。This paper analyses the status and effects of community culture construcuon m me process of community growing, tries to find out the logic order of the various factors which affect this process, in order to further describe the driving forces and the mechanism of current basic-level society development. The author points out that the community culture construction is the source of community growth, and only when a series of preconditions are met, can the self-governing of community be realized. In this paper, the author also sets up a quasi-hierarchical recursive model of community growth on the basis Of practical experience of community construction of the city of Ningbo, Zhejiang Province.
