摘　　要：观察了可乐定对静脉普鲁卡因复合麻醉之血流动力学反应和应激反应的影响。结果表明，术前口服可乐定５μｇ／ｋｇ的患者，麻醉手术期间血流动力学反应及血浆儿茶酚胺、皮质醇、血糖、血乳酸浓度较对照组平稳，说明将可乐定作为麻醉前用药，是一种能较有效地抑制在普鲁卡因复合麻醉下手术病人之应激反应的方法。This study examined the effect of clonidine on stress respone and hemodynamic values during intravenous procaine anesthsia.The results show that the concentration of cotisol,catecholamines,blood suger and lactic acid were higher and hemodynamic values were more stable in clonidine group than that in control group during intravenous procaine anesthsia.The results indicate that oral premedication with clonidine 5 μg/kg may attenuate stress response and maintain hemodynamic stability during intravenous procaine anesthesia.
