中小民营企业融资渠道现状与特征探析——以广东实证分析为例

摘　　要：根据中国人民银行广州分行课题组的调查结果,从现有融资渠道及其结构状况与特点、不同资产规模企业的融资渠道结构差异比较、不同地区企业的融资渠道结构差异比较三个角度对广东中小民营企业融资渠道的状况与特征进行实证分析。结果表明广东省中小民营企业融资难问题突出表现在:短期资金融资难度降低,但长期权益性资本严重短缺;中小民营企业中做大的企业融资困难得到缓解,但中小企业融资仍十分困难;发达地区资金相对充足,欠发达地区中小民营企业融资更为困难。The paper is designed to study empirically the status quo and features of the small and middle sized private enterprises＇ financing on the basis of the results of the investigation by the Guangzhou Branch, the People＇s Bank of China, and from the three angles of the current situation and characteristics of Guangdong SMSPEs＇ （ small and middle sized private enterprises） financing structure and channels, contrast between SMSPEs of different sizes in financing channel and financing structure, contrast between SMSPEs in different areas in financing channel and financing structure. The study indicates that the financing problems for the Guangdong SMSPEs are represented in the following areas： （1） Difficulty for short-term financing has been reduced while long-term equity financing resources are in serious shortage; （2） Financing for fast developing SMSPEs is comparatively easy while the normal SMSPEs still find it difficult to finance; （3） The developed areas abound in financial resources while the SMSPEs in the underdeveloped areas still find it difficult to finance.
