论我国现行土地征用补偿标准的不足及对策

摘　　要：随着我国经济发展和城市化进程的加快,土地的大量征用将不可避免。但土地作为农民最基本的生活来源,一旦被征用后,农民就面临着如何继续维持生活的问题,因此,征用土地必须给予合理补偿。但我国现行的土地征用补偿标准却存在着不合理性。本文通过分析我国现行土地征用补偿标准所存在的问题,就如何改革现行土地征用补偿标准,保护失地农民的利益提出了一些建议。With the economic development and speeding-up urbanization, massive land will inevitaly be taken over for use. But once the land, as farmers＇ basic source of income, is taken over for use, farmers will face the problem of maintaing their livelihood. Therefore, compensation should be reasonably given for land acquired. But the current land requisition compensation in China is improper. This article puts forward some proposals on how to reform current land compensation standards to protect the landless farmers＇ profits through analyzing the problems of the current land compensation standards.
