环洞庭湖区社会经济发展的几点思考

摘　　要：环洞庭湖区拥有极为优越的光、热、水、土等自然条件、自然资源和较好的社会经济基础,是一个具有巨大发展潜力的地区。为促进湖区社会经济繁荣和可持续发展,应采取的宏观战略是:实行产业结构的优化调整,空间组织的优化调整,走湖区社会经济一体化的道路。The region around the Dongting Lake is favorable in natural conditions such as sunlight, water, heat, soil and the like, rich in natural resources and sound in social and economic foundation. Therefore, it is a region with great potential for development. The author maintains that we should adopt the following macro strategy to promote the social and economic prosperity and ensure sustainable development in the region around the Dongting Lake is：optimizing industrial structure, optimizing spatial organization and taking the way of integration of society and economy.
