摘　　要：湖南文化产业进一步发展的关键,在于实现可持续发展。其基本对策主要有:把握方向,转变观念;改革体制,创新机制;整合资源,调整结构;文化创新,科技先导;完善政策,加强管理;培育人才,锻造队伍;合作交流,开放提升。文化产业的可持续发展是个系统工程,需要在多方面做文章、下功夫,需要各方面的密切配合和扎实有效的工作。Sustainable development is the key for the further development of Hunan＇ s cultural industry. The basic measures for sustainable development mainly include：holding direction and changing views, reforming system and innovating mechanism, integrating resources and adjusting structure, cultural innovation and scientific leading, improving policies and strengthening management, cultivating talents and building team, cooperation and opening up. The Sustainable development of cultural industry is a systematic project and requires efforts and cooperation from various aspects.
