摘　　要：研究生教育成功与否关键在于研究生培养的质量。其中师生关系是影响研究生培养质量的一个重要因素。审视当前我国研究生培养中的师生关系可以发现不少问题。本文试图从导师、研究生和培养机制三方面的反思入手,对重构研究生培养中的师生导学关系提出若干建议。The key of success in graduate student education is the quality. We know the relationship between teachers and students is obviously a main factor. Carefully examining the current relationship in our higher education system, we may discover many problems. This article attempts to do some reconsideration, by taking teacher, the graduate student and education mechanism as three aspects, to construct a new ＂leading study relations＂.
