摘　　要：社会信用的缺失已给我国社会的经济秩序造成一定程度的混乱与无序,而整治经济秩序,重塑社会信用不仅需要强化诚信观念,加强道德建设,而且更需要国家在立法、执法、法制宣传及监督机制等环节上予以完善,以解决社会信用低下的问题,真正使我国社会主义市场经济形成良性循环。The lack of social credit has caused the disorder of social economy of our country to a certain degree. To address economic disorder and re - establish the social credit, we should not only strengthen the credit concept and moral building, but also perfect legalization, law enforcement, legal publicity and supervision mechanism so that the problem of poor social credit can be solved and our socialist market economy can have sound development.
