摘  要:为利用华山松木蠹象性信息素防治华山松木蠹象提供理论依据,对华山松木蠹象性信息素进行了初步研究,结果如下:(1)通过室内观察,确定华山松木蠹象信息素释放的高峰期在19:00~20:00,华山松木蠹象信息素活性粗提物的制取应在这一时段进行;(2)华山松木蠹象雌成虫性信息素粗提物的生物测定结果表明,用甲醇和乙醇作为溶剂浸提雌成虫性信息素腺体,所得粗提物对雄成虫均显示引诱活性,甲醇浸提液显示出较强的活性;(3)采用GC/MS方法对性信息素粗提物的成分进行分析,甲醇和乙醇作为提取溶剂得到的性信息素粗提物均分离出12种化学物质。用甲醇作为提取液得到的粗提物鉴定出6种化合物,为十一烷、十二烷、十六碳烯酸甲酯、十六烷酸甲酯、十八碳烯酸甲酯和十八烷酸甲酯;用乙醇作为提取液得到的粗提物鉴定出化合物5种,为十六烷酸甲酯、邻苯二甲酸甲酯、十八碳烯酸甲酯、十八碳二烯酸甲酯、十八碳酸甲酯。To provide the theoretical basis for the management of armand pine bark-weevil, the sex pheromone of armand pine bark-weevil was studied preliminarily . The results were as follows : ( 1 ) The peak hours that armand pine bark-weevils secreted their sex pheromone were at 19:00 - 20:00 by observing their mating behavior in the laboratory. So sex pheromone must be extracted in this period ; (2) Bioassays indicated that the primary extract of sex pheromone from female armand pine bark-weevils pheromone gland both using the methanol and ethanol as solvents showed certain attraction for male armand pine bark-weevils, and the first one showed a stronger attraction ; (3) GC/MS was used to analyze the constituents of the primary extract of sex pheromone. 12 compounds were found in methanol extract, and 6 were identified: undecane, dodecane ,methyl (z)-9-hexadecenate, methyl hexadecanate, methyl 9-octadecenate, methyl octadecanate. 12 compounds were also found in methanol extract, and 5 were identified : methyl hexadecanate, methyl phthalate, methyl ( z, z) -9,12-octadecadienate, methyl 9-octadecenate, methyl octadecanate.
