摘　　要：报告１例外瓶霉引起咽部暗色丝孢霉病。病原真菌经真菌学检查初步鉴定为甄氏外瓶霉ｌｅｃａｎｉ－Ｃｏｒｎｉ变种。口服伊曲康唑和５氟胞嘧啶有明显效果。文章讨论了外瓶霉的致病情况及治疗方法。The authors reported a case of phaeohyphomycosis in the pharynx. The pathogenic fungus was preliminarily identified as Exophiala jeanselmei var. lecanii corni by mycological examination. The patient received oral itraconazole and 5 FC and showed favorable effect. The biological characters, identification of strains, pathogenic condition and therapy were discussed.
