摘　　要：20余年前,台湾的经济快速起飞,因此政府投资兴建了许多公共建设,由于在事前没有做可行性评估,因此很多公共建设在完成后,无法有效使用,甚至荒废闲置。本研究尝试将企业经管中投资计划评估的理念,导入到政府推动公共建设的决策过程,期望未来政府在推动公共建设时,得以达到事半功倍的效果。More than 20 years ago, due to the economy boom, many public infrastructures are constructed in Taiwan region. Due to the lack of evaluation of feasibility studies beforehand, many of the infrastructures could not be utilized appropriately after the completions, some of them have even been deserted in idleness. The purpose of this research is trying to bring in the idea of investment evaluation in the practice of business administration to the decision-making process of government＇s public construction, hoping that government＇s public construction could be much more efficient in the days to come.
