摘 要:介绍了国外废旧干电池的处理方向,即无害化、减量化、资源化;指出了国内废旧干电池处理中存在的问题,如政府政策滞后、当地政府和公民回收意识淡薄、资源化技术落后等;指出废旧干电池两大处理方向:无害化填埋、综合利用;综合利用技术主要有湿法冶金技术、火法冶金技术和物理分选—化学提纯技术;建议国内废旧干电池的有效处理宜采用法律、宣传、补贴、激励、集中处理五大对策。The treatment trend of waste dry battery in foreign countries were introduced in this paper, it is harmless, reduction and resources; The main problems that exist in dealing with the waste dry battery in our country, such as the government's lagged-policy, the local government and citizen's faint awareness in recycling and the backward resources technology were also pointed out;The two major treatment trend of waste dry battery were preferred, such as harmless landfill and comprehensive utilization which include the dry and the wet metallurgy technology as well as physical separation-chemical purification technique. Finally, five countermeasures for the waste dry battery disposal are given following as laws, publicity, subsidies, incentives and centralized treatment.
