摘　　要：目的:通过调查临床上护理不安全事件发生的原因、概率及严重程度,确定护理高风险事件,为护理风险监测及预警机制的建立提供依据。方法:采用方便抽样的方法,调查7所医院2001～2005年间173例护理差错、缺陷、纠纷和投诉事件的经过、产生的原因及后果,并由专家进行归纳分类。结果:临床上常见的护理风险事件为给药类、护理服务类和技术操作类。引发上述事件的常见原因为违反各项规章制度及操作规程、护理服务不到位和管理不到位。结论:给药错误、病人意外类事件、护理服务类事件及护士技术操作类事件为常见的护理高风险事件,尽早建立护理风险监测与预警机制是非常必要的。Objective：To confirm the high risks existed in nursing for providing evidence to establish regulation and precaution system. Methods：Convenience sampling. One hundred and seventy three cases of nursing dispute in 7 hospitals from 2001 to 2005 were collected and grouped by the experts. Results：The common risk events were drug administration, quality care and nursing procedures. The common reasons identified were failing to follow the rules and procedure standards, poor of quality and management. Conclusions： Wrong drug administration, accident events, quality of care and incompetent nursing skills were the common risk events. It was necessary to establish the system to regular and prevent the risks in nursing care.
