耳针对动物糖耐量及胰岛素分泌反应的影响

摘　　要：从家兔耳缘静脉注入葡萄糖，观察耳针家兔相当于人体耳穴胰点部位后，动物糖耐量的变化及胰岛素分泌的反应。结果耳针组血糖值在各时点均低于对照组，血清胰岛素则呈现与血糖相反的变化，并且两组间血糖面积，总胰岛素分泌指数也存在着显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示：耳针具有降低血糖。14 rabbits were selected and grouped as experiment and control. 0.5 gram of glucose per kg given on the ear vein of each animal taking glucose tolerance test. In the experiment group the rabbits were given ear puncture. Then observed the value of blood sugar and serum insulin at 30 min, 60 min, 90 min and 120 min after injection. Result: the rabbits blood sugar level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group ,harvin significaint difference (P<0.05) at the 30 minutes. The serum insulin and the secrftory index of insulin were all higher in the experimental group marked difference (P<0.05) at the 60 minutes.Those showed that auricular puncture had the effect of lowering blood sugar of the animals and increasing promotion of the pancreatic insulin secretion.
