摘 要:观察51例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR),红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)和循环免疫复合物(CIC)。结果与对照组相比,糖尿病患者RBC-C3bRR明显降低,RBC-ICR明显升高,CIC阳性率亦增加,这些变化随着糖尿病患者病程延长而更为突出。本文结果提示Ⅱ型糖尿病患者存在红细胞免疫粘附功能的降低,这种变化可能是糖尿病病程中出现的一种继发性改变。In this study red blood cell C 3b receptor rate (RBC C 3bRR),red blood cell immune complex rate (RBC ICR) and circulating immune complex (CIC) were determined in 51 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes The results showed that the RBC C 3bRR was significantly decreased and the RBC ICR as well as the CIC positive rate were remarkably increased in the diabetic patients as compared with the control The RBC C 3bRR, RBC ICR and CIC positive rate in type Ⅱ diabetes were 16 71±7 31, 5 87±3 18 and 27 6% but in controls were 22 38±7 60,3 64±2 97 and 6 2%, respectively The changes became more remarkable when the patients had longer diabetic processes The RBC C 3bRR in Group A,B and C of diabetes was 20 12±5 97,17 01±7 11 and 15 43±6 76,respectively and the RBC ICR was 4 32±2 77,5 61±2 91 and 7 04±3 01,respectively Our results suggest that there is decrease of the red blood cell immune adherence function in the diabetic patients This may be one of the causes for secondary change in the diabetic process
