摘　　要：以CA6140普通车床为例,介绍了普通车床改造为经济型数控车床的设计方案。阐述了该车床纵向进给系统改造中的滚珠丝杠副的选型和验算的步骤及方法,可为机床数控化改造提供一种参考。Taking example for CA6140 engine lathe, the scheme of modifying the engine lathe into the economical nmnerically controlled lathe is introduced. The procedure, method of the lectotype and checking calculation of the nut set of ball screw in nmnerical control reforming of longitudinal feed system are expounded, which can be used as a reference of nmnerical control transformation machine.
