摘　　要：根据煤矿地面变电所安全工作的实际需要,研制一种对高压开关柜内高压导体是否有电进行监测并能发出语言警告的电子监测装置,用以防止工作人员进入有电的高压开关柜内,避免触电事故发生。According to the practical need of transformer station security on the coal mine ground, we developed an electronic monitor device,which can send out language warning that whether high tension conductor has electricity or not, so that it prevents workers from entering the high tension switch copboard which has electricity, avoiding getting an electric shock accident.
