畅脉调脂汤治疗痰瘀互结型高脂血症50例

摘　　要：目的:观察畅脉调脂汤治疗痰瘀互结型高脂血症的疗效。方法:选择门诊和住院病例100例,采用计算机随机数法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组50例,采用畅脉调脂汤治疗,每日1剂,早晚分服;对照组采用血脂康治疗,每次2粒,早晚饭后口服。两组均以4周为1个疗程。检测治疗前后血脂各项指标变化、血液流变学各项指标变化及观察临床症状变化。结果:两组临床疗效比较,治疗组有效率为94%,对照组有效率为80%,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组服药后TC、TG指标均有降低,治疗组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),在升高HDL-C方面,组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组治疗后与治疗前相比TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB均有降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),但治疗组TC,TG降低幅度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组HDL-C及ApoA均有显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),但治疗组升高HDL-C幅度较对照组显著(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后全血粘度有明显改善(P<0.05),但血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血沉、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数等指标无明显改善(P>0.05),对照组血液流变学各项指标均无改善(P>0.05),组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:畅脉调脂汤治疗高脂血症疗效满意,且无不良反应。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Changmai Tiaozhi Decoction in treating 50 cases of hyperlipemia syndrome with combined phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods： 100 cases of outpatient and in-patient were divided into treated group（n=50） and control group（n=50） by the method of random number from computer.The treated group was given Changmai Tiaozhi Decoction,one dose a day,and taken in the morning and evening.While the control group was treated with Xuezhi Kang,2 pills once and orally after breakfast and supper.The course of treatment in both groups lasted 4 wceks.The changing indexes of bleood lipid and bemorheology were detected,and the chang clinical of syndromes was observed.Results：There existed significant differences（P〈0.05）,the effciency of the treated group 94%,and that of the control group was 80%,After the treatment,the index of TC,TG ,LDL-Cand ApoB of the two groups decreased（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,but the extent of the treated group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）,The amount of HDL-C and ApoA of the two groups was both rose apparently （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,but the rising extent of HDL-C of the treated group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,Whole blood vicosity of the treated group was apparently improved（P〈0.05）.However,the indexes of plasm viscosity,red cell volume,becod sedimentation,aggregation indes and erythrocyte deormability did not significantly improved（P〉0.05）,However,those of the control group did not improved （P〉0.05）,and there existed no obvious difference（P〉0.05）,Conclusion：Changmai Tiaozhi Decoction has good effects on hyperlipemia syndrome with combined phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and it had no side effects.
