“神农33”注射液治疗急性肾衰34例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药“神农33”注射液(简称“神农33”)治疗急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)的疗效及作用机理。方法:将64例急性肾功能衰竭病人随机分为治疗组(Ⅰ组)和对照组(Ⅱ组),Ⅰ组在西医综合治疗基础上加用“神农33”静脉点滴,Ⅱ组仅采用西医综合治疗。结果:有效率Ⅰ组为91.18%,Ⅱ组为73.33%,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)恢复正常所需治疗时间,两组差异极显著(P<0.01)。少尿总时间、治疗后少尿持续时间、尿蛋白转阴时间以及血液透析平均次数,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:“神农33”注射液对于急性肾功能衰竭具有良好的治疗作用。Objective： To observe curative effects and mechanism of the Chinese drug ＂Shennong33＂ Injection in the treatment of ARF.Methods： 64 patients were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group.The former was given the treatment of both comprehensive western medicine and Shennong 33 Injection.The latter was only treated with comprehensive western medicine.Results： There was a significant difference（P〈0.05） between the treated group（91.18%） and the control group（73.33%）.In the time of Scr and BUN to come back ,the difference was extremely apparent（P〈0.01）between two groups.The distinctions were obvious（P〈0.05） in the total time and continuance of oliguria,the time of urinary protein to become negative and the average times of blood dialysis.Conclusions：Shennong33 Injection hs a good effect on ARF.
