骨痹丸对氟骨症山羊骨氟血尿氟及羟脯氨酸的影响

摘　　要：应用中药骨痹丸治疗一组氟骨症山羊，观察其对病羊肋骨、血、尿、粪氟及血、尿羟脯氨酸（ＨＯＰ）含量的影响。结果与治疗前比较，尿、粪氟排泄量明显增加（Ｐ＜０．００１，Ｐ＜０．０５），血、尿ＨＯＰ含量显著降低（Ｐ＜０．００１），治疗与对照组比较差异显著。表明骨痹丸有促进骨氟释放入血由尿排出，迅速减少骨氟的蓄积，从而达到纠正胶原代谢紊乱之功效。A group of goats suffered from skeletal fluorosis was treated by traditional Chinese medicine Gupiwan.The change of fluorine levels was observed in the ribs,blood,urine and dung.The change of HOP was analyzed in the blood and urine.After they were treated,the draining amount of fluorine in urine and dung was distinctly increased.HOP in blood,urine was distinctly decreased.Comparing with the control,there was a statistically distinct difference.The study shows that Gupiwan can promote fluorine of skeleton into blood, then drained by urine and cumulative fluorine in skeleton decreased quickly,thus,correcting metabolic disorder of collagen.
