摘  要:用有限元软件ANSYS对火电厂600 MW机组的高压加热器进行了温度场和应力场数值模拟计算分析。分析结果表明:由于蒸汽冷却段与疏水冷却段在同一横截面上,筒体壁温的最大值与最小值相差88℃,温差的存在使得该区域的应力分布变得非常复杂;模拟结果同时表明液位波动将引起交变应力的产生,内泄漏会使交变应力幅明显增大,影响高压加热器的使用寿命。An analysis about the temperature and stress field of a high pressure heater in a 600 MW generating set of a power plant is taken by ANSYS software in this paper. The analysis result shows that the maximum temperature difference of the wall is 88 ℃ in the cross - section of the superheated steam cooling and drainage cooling segment and the stress distribution become very complex. It is also shown that the alternate stress is caused by fluctuating of condensed water level and the amplitude of alternate stress will be increased by the internal leakage, which affects the service life of the high pressure heater.
