HPLC法测定蟾酥内华蟾毒精和脂蟾毒配基

摘　　要：本文用ＨＰＬＣ法以安宫黄体酮为内标测定华蟾毒精和脂蟾毒配基的含量获得满意结果：华蟾毒精和脂蟾毒配基的校正因子分别为０．５４１１和０．７５９２，相对标准差分别为１．３％和１．２％；线性范围为０．２～２μｇ；回收率分别为１００．８％和１００．１％，相对标准差均为１．０％．A method has been developed for the quantitative determination of cinobufagin and recibufogenin in venonum bufonis by HPLC With a Φ 4 6 mm×250 mm colum packed with 10 μ Spherisorb C 18 as the stationary phase,a mixture of methanol and water (60∶40) as the mobile phase,medroxyprogesterone acetate as the internal standard,and a UV detecter(280 nm).The method has a good linearity,a concentration range of 0 2 μg and 2 μg analyte per ml,and a correlation coefficient r of 0 999.The mean recovery of cinobufagin is 100 8% and that of recibufogenin 100 1%,both with the same relative deviation of 1 0%.the results show that this method is simple,sensitive,precise and accurate enough to be used in the quality control of venonum bufonis.
