摘　　要：金黄色葡萄球菌蛋白Ａ（ＳＰＡ）等蛋白质可用于免疫球蛋白的纯化．本文介绍了这些蛋白在纯化免疫球蛋白方面的应用进展，其亲和及分离条件变化的影响．讨论并提议将这些蛋白进行断裂、重组、克隆及仿制成人工亲和材料，以期获得更大的免疫球蛋白结合力．Some Proteins such as SPA can be used in purifying immunoglobulins.Recent studies of these proteins have been introduced in the following aspects:their use in Igs purification,their advantages and disadvantages,the affinity mechanism and the separation conditions.More efficient binding achieved by fragmentating these proteins,cloning the original or reconstructed functional fragments,or using designed and synthetic affinity materials which mimic those proteins as ligands in binding Igs is discussed and suggested.
