摘　　要：本文应用理化方法鉴别了中药山柰与伪品苦山柰，紫外光谱法是区别山柰与伪品山柰的主要方法之一，山柰的Ｅ２１０／Ｅ３１０＜１，而苦山柰的Ｅ２０７／Ｅ３１０＞１．This paper describes the identification of rhizoma kaempferiae and its adulterants by TLC as well as by examing their characteristics,color reaction and UV spectra.
