摘 要:为有效地分析研究特高压气体绝缘组合电器(UHV GIS)设备的故障,利用红外热诊断技术分析了UHVGIS设备的内部温度场。在阐述了红外热诊断技术的原理和应用的基础上,针对GIS设备建立了相应的物理模型和数学模型,同时提出了以红外测温装置测量到的设备表面温度作为边界条件,求解传热学导热反问题进而诊断设备内部温度场以及高压导线温度的方法。此外借助有限元分析软件检验了数值计算结果。该方法为进一步利用红外诊断技术分析UHV GIS内部故障奠定了基础。Because the penetration ability of infrared radiation in solid field is not strong enough, the inner temperature distribution and fault information couldn't be analyzed intuitively according to the surface temperature of equipment. The diagnosis is always influenced obviously by experience, and has poor effect on fault location scientifically as well as assessing fault severity or giving abundant advice to maintenance. Based on the theory and general methods of the infrared thermo-diagnosis technology, a physical and mathematical heat transfer model for GIS is established. By analyzing the surface temperature distribution got by infrared temperature measuring device as boundary condition, a diagnoses method was used to calculate the inner temperature distribution and temperature of high voltage conductor via solving the inverse heat conduction problem in this paper. A kind of finite element analysis software is referred to validate the numerical calculation results.
