摘  要:为优选成本低、效果好的架空绝缘线的防雷技术措施,统计和比较了国内大量采取的过电压保护器和放电绝缘子2种架空绝缘线路防雷技术措施的防雷害应用效果。运行经验证实:线路安装过电压保护器或放电绝缘子等技术措施,可有效防止架空绝缘线路发生雷击断线事故和降低雷击导致线路开关跳闸概率,且安装方便,技术经济性较好。The application of two type techniques such as over-voltage protector and discharge insulator that have been applied in China for protecting over-head insulated power distribution lines from surge over-voltage breakdown, even the line conductor melt down caused by power frequency current flashover, is discussed and analyzed in this paper based on statistical comparison of their practical experiences including reliability, efficiency and safety. The research results prove that the number of line switch off and conductor broken down by lighting striking are decreased greatly after these insulated power distribution lines are installed with these over-voltage protecting setups. Specially the over-voltage protector can restrain the surge over-voltage effectively and shut off power frequency current flash rapidly. So the insulated power distribution lines do not switch off supply power when the lightning striking these insulated lines. Furthermore, it was not required to cut off insulation layer of the insulated lines when installing this protector and in general maintenance during the protector operation. However, installing the discharge insulators has to cut off insulation of the insulated lines. Consequently, waterproof is the key to avoid water or moisture entering into the conductor. It is suggested that taking a tour of inspection along the insulated power distribution lines after lightning period and timely replacing deface setups is necessary.
