摘 要:为更好地在电网中应用晶闸管控制电抗器的静态无功补偿装置,介绍了一种用于TCR的晶闸管光电触发与监测系统。在分析阀基电子板(VBE)和晶闸管电子板(TE)的功能和工作过程后,重点讨论了3脉冲通信规约、高位取能回路、逻辑译码电路、BOD保护和晶闸管触发电路的原理并在此基础上设计了完整的VBE和TE板。实验结果表明该电路能够进行高压晶闸管阀体的在线监测,同时具有理想的电磁抗干扰性能,可以产生分散性小、前沿陡的门极触发脉冲,有利于串联晶闸管的同时触发,满足TCR用晶闸管光电触发与状态监视的要求。With the development of power electronic technology, more and more static var compensators(SVC) have been installed. In order to fully meet the triggering and on-line monitoring requirements of thyristor valves used for the thyristor controlled reactor(TCR) in SVC, this paper proposes a photoelectric firing and on-line monitoring system. Comparing with electromagnetic firing system, the photoelectric one presents more attractive features such as easily monitoring operation status of the high voltage thyristor valves on-line, possessing good electromagnetic compatibility, and producing unanimous steep triggering signal, which are very important to serial connected thyristors operation. The designed system mainly comprises of the thyristor electronic board(TE), fiber transmission and the valve base electronic board(VBE). The TE board located in high potential obtains energy from the snubber circuit, decode control signal and send back thyristor status signal. The VBE installed in low potential is the interface between the control system and TE, and delivers or receives signal among them. The optic fiber transmission system provides communication between TE and VBE. The main function and operation process of the VBE and TE board are analyzed in detail. The three-pulse communication protocol, self-powered circuit, logic decoding circuit, BOD protection circuit and thyristor triggering circuit are stressed in discussion. And a whole set of VBE and TE board is developed and tested by simulation and experiment, and the firing, three-pulse encoding and decoding experimental results are also presented. The experimental results indicate that the designed system satisfies the needs of highvoltage thyristor valve successfully.
