加味四逆散治疗慢性布氏菌病的实验研究

摘　　要：在布氏菌病发病机理研究的基础上，选择相应中药，采用动物实验，抑菌试验，采用加味四逆散方药，作了实验研究。经过治疗感染后的小鼠脏器病理性组织损伤基本恢复正常。脏器平均分菌率由治疗前的８８．９％，减少到仅有个别小鼠的个别脏器有菌。血清抗体下降，皮肤过敏反应有所减弱，对照组则无明显改变。临床观察，治疗后的病人，各种症状减少或消失，尤其是对关节疼痛及运动功能障碍效果显著。Ｅ花结试验显示治疗后病人细胞免疫功能明显提高。近期和远期总有效率都在９５％以上。其中治愈率分别为８４．２％和７８．９５％。There has been no solution to treatment of brucellar disease for a long time.We selected several proper traditional Chinese herbs to conduct animal experiment,bacteria inhibition test and clinical treatment,and then prescribed them to from a compound traditional Chinese medicine-Jiaweisinisan. The results of experimental study showed that the pathological tissue injuries of internal organs of infected mice nearly returned to normal after trearment,that the isolation rate of bacteria from internal organs declined from 88.9% before treatment to few or no, that the antibody contents in serum decreased and that the anaphlactic reaction of skin somewhat abated, while the alteration in control group did not show significantly. Clinical observation found that the symptoms of treated patients, especially joint pain and motor function disorder ameliorated significantly or disappeared. The test of E flower knot indicated that the cellular cmmunity function of treated patients enhanced significantly . Calculated by the national judge criteria of curative effect of brucellosis,the short and long term total effective rates of treatment were all above 95%, while the cure rates were 84.2% and 78.95%,respectively. Compared with other treatment used home and abroad nowadays,the cure rate of the treatment is higher and the long term curative effect is better.
