摘  要:牵引直流馈出电缆是保障轨道交通正常运行的关键设备,其绝缘状况直接影响着轨道交通供电安全,现有的电缆绝缘检测方法已不能满足地铁安全运行的需求。因此以上海轨道交通直流馈出电缆故障为例,分析了直流电缆故障原因,分析结果表明诱发电缆故障的因素主要有水分引起的绝缘老化、电动力及外力引发、敷设曲率半径不够引发以及高频脉冲引起的绝缘老化。并提出了相应的预防措施,合理地选择电缆型号、改善电缆运行环境、装设故障预警装置等对减少直流馈出电缆故障影响是行之有效的。Current testing methods of cable insulation can not meet the needs of the safe operation of subway. After introduction of cable laying and operation environment for the cable, this paper analyzed the reasons of faults of DC feeder cable with illustration of DC feeder cable of Shanghai railway traffic, and proposed relevant countermeasures. The results of fault analysis showed that the factors causing the DC feeder cable faults were mainly the insulation deterioration caused by moisture and electric force, inadequate curvature of layout, and insulation deterioration caused by the high frequency pulse. Rationally selecting cable type, improving cable operating environment, and installing failure warning devices, were effective to reduce the impact of cable failure.
