摘　　要：短信服务广泛应用于许多公众领域,在当前中国农业信息化过程中发挥了重要的作用。为在中国农村中提高短信接收端设备使用的方便性和受体的广泛性,提出一种将单片机技术、Flash存储器、视频字符叠加技术、SMS技术有机地结合的信息转换控制装置。它实现在家庭普通拥有的电视机上显示农业消息,采用遥控器的操作能方便广大农民使用。实验表明,基于该装置的短信广播信息系统可为中国农村地区实现政务公开、农业信息广播、灾害预警提供一种低廉、简易的实现方法。Short message service （SMS） is now widely used in public fields and plays an important role in agricultural informatizational process. A short message transformation device which integrates MCU, Flash, video character superimposition technology and SMS technology is introduced so as to improve the convenience of the short mes- sage receiver equipment and enlarge its popularity. It can display agricultural short messages on TV screen and is easily operated through remote control. Researches show that the short message broadcast system based on the device provides low-cost and easy way in publicizing government affairs and broadcasting agricultural information in country areas.
