羊绒针织品拔染印花工艺探讨

摘　　要：文章介绍了羊绒针织品拔染印花工艺的机理及流程,在实验的基础上对地色染料、糊料和拔染剂的选择等问题进行了分析。实验得出,具有偶氮结构的多丽兰系列染料适合用作地色染料,并且从中选择出黄EGG、黄E2R、红E2R、黑MG 4种染料用于拔染印花,郎茄烈C为拔染剂,LAMEPRINT A-9(中粘度植物种子胶印花糊料)为拔染用糊料,在湿度为饱和蒸汽、温度95～100℃、时间50～60 min条件下拔染效果较好。This paper introduced the principles, procedures, groud shade dyes selection, printing gums selection and discharging agents selection in discharging printing of the wool knitted fabric. It thinks that aso Duolilan series dyestuff is fit for bottoming. It chooses four dyestuffs, yellow EGG,yellow E2R, red E2R and dark MG, as dyes to discharge print. Langqieliec can be used as colour discharge. LAMEPRINT A-9（viscesity curpophytes printing paste） is better short thickeners in discharge printing; It considers that the parintings is better when the process is controled in the terms of saturated vapour, 95～100℃, 50～60min.
