摘  要:文章对羊毛针织物的碱性蛋白酶抗起球整理进行了研究,探讨了蛋白酶浓度、pH值、温度和时间对整理效果的影响。通过正交试验得出最佳整理工艺为:pH值8、蛋白酶浓度2 mg/L、温度60℃、时间60 min。结果表明,经碱性蛋白酶处理后的羊毛针织物抗起球性得到了明显的改善。Because of particular superficial structure of fine wool fiber, fine wool knitting fabric is apt to fuzz and pill. The alkaline protease treatment is used on fine wool knitting fabric. A research is made on this treatment by using of alkaline protease, in which the effect of protease's concentration, pH value, temperature and time were discussed. The optimal technology was obtained by orthogonal experiment: pH 8, concentration of protcase 2 rag/L, 60 ℃, 60 min. An improved anti-pilling effect is showed on the fine wool knitting fabric which has been treated with alkaline protease.
