丝光毛针织纱在京和走锭细纱机上的生产

摘　　要：采用京和走锭细纱机纺制丝光毛针织纱时易出现断头多、条干均匀度差、粗细不匀等问题。通过对京和走锭细纱机进行结构改造,控制喂入精度和卷绕张力,优化工艺参数,并纺制了41.67 tex×2丝光毛的细纱。生产实践表明,改造后的京和走锭细纱机提高了纱线的可纺性,成纱质量好,实测各项指标均达到优等标准,获得了较为理想的纺制效果。Mercerized wool is the product of sheep wool which scale is peeled. The roving that is soft and puffy is easily to slipping with a little drafting, so unexpected drafting should be reduced. Aiming at the problems such as many broken ends, bad yarn evenness, thick and thin with KYOWA mule, the construction of KYOWA mule was reformed, yarn receiving precision and drag were controlled efficiently, processing parameters were optimized. From the manufacture practice test of mercerized wool spinning 41.67 tex × 2 spun yarn, spinning was improved, good quality of yarn and good effect of spinning were acquired.
