摘 要:织机送经卷取机构存在的缺陷是造成织物稀密路主要原因之一。通过调查研究,提出了一种适合国情的无梭织机机械式送经机构的改造方案。文章介绍了织机送经机构的改造技术,讨论了电子送经系统的动力、控制、张力探测部分的设计准则和选用方法。实验表明,改造后织机的织物稀密路缺陷得到了改善,稳定了织物张力波动,有效的提高了织物的质量,为其他无梭织机改造提供借鉴。There are many reasons resulting in the starting marks, but the main one is that the let-off mechanism of the loom has some shortcomings. For the above reasons, a lot of investigations are carried out, then a new reforming method of mechanical let-off mechanism is proposed, and a improved method is carried out on the SAURER 400 loom. Some improved techniques of the loom are introduced, and the electronic let-off system is developed, which consists of three parts: driven motor, controller and warp tension testing. The experimental results show some shortcomings have been improved, and warp tension variation has been lowered and the quality of fabric has been enhanced, which is beth saving money and practical. The method has general characteristic. Reference is offered for weave's enterprise using it furthermore.
